With Oklahoma show tables filling again, we posted a short checklist for members bringing stalks: cut in the cool of morning, transport upright in bottles, and arrive early enough for staging help. Hospitality volunteers are still needed for the May weekend at Will Rogers Garden Exhibition Center.
Please label entry cards clearly with cultivar name and class. If you are unsure whether a stalk belongs in tall bearded or median classes, ask a clerk before the judging panel begins—the clerks’ table will open thirty minutes before entries close.
Light refreshments for guests are coordinated by the hospitality chair; contact the Membership page if you can bring cookies or iced tea. Registration materials from prior convention years, including printable PDF forms kept on this site, remain useful templates for clerks who want a familiar layout.
